Anuga 2021, the future door to sustainable, environmentally friendly and healthy food
There are many fairs and exhibitions throughout the world that allow companies to make themselves known outside their borders and maintain a personal relationship with consumers, that has been lost, since the rise of e-commerce and the Covid-19 pandemic. Among these fairs, Anuga stands out.
Anuga’s present edition is held in Cologne, Germany, from October 9 to 13, 2021, with an interesting program in face-to-face and digital format, and it is considered one of the most innovative of its history.
Anuga stands out for its concept of a large commercial platform and brings together 10 different rooms in a single fair, which offers great possibilities to exhibitors and visitors. This way showing the great showcase of the food and beverage industry. Considering all the offer it is highlighted the wide range of gourmet products from around the world.
This year the fair adapts to this new reality with a great reference topic: “Transform”. The fair will deal with the transformation that is being experienced in the food and beverage sector and also with the new approaches and trends that are coming: For instance organic food, sustainable products, and a healthier and more natural diet. The fair will also take into account the growing trend towards the consumption of healthy food, regional and natural products, in an emerging market of organic food and drinks.
