  • 280 g Dry-Aged Picahna
  • 60 g Shallot
  • 30 g Mustard
  • 20 g Gherkin
  • 2 Egg yolk
  • 4 pcs Bread Slices


  • Chop the duck picanha into very small pieces.
  • Mince the shallot andthe gherkin
  • Mix everyghing with the mustardand one egg yolk
