  • 100 g Duck Spreadable with Truffle
  • 180 g Rigatoni
  • 4 King prawns
  • 100 g Crême fraîche


  • Boil the rigatoni in plenty of water.
  • In a frying pan, gildthe peeled king prawns.
  • Add the crême fraîche.
  • Add the truffle spreadable.
  • Cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add the rigatoni with a spashof the cooking water.
  • Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Serve and add some chopped chives.
