FoieGood duck escalopes are made from duck livers that come from an alternative feeding process, without force-feeding.
They are an excellent alternative to traditional foie gras escalopes; they come in convenient 30-gram portions and are cooked like traditional foie gras slices.
They are a healthier alternative to foie gras products as they contain:
43% less saturated fats than traditional foie gras.
This product is gluten-free.
No added preservatives.
Very important: This product must be cooked.
Instructions for use:
Put the griddle at 200°C (medium high heat) and, once hot, cook each side 60 seconds approximately. Then spice to taste with salt and/or pepper.
Once open keep in the refrigerator and consume within a maximum period of five days.
FoieGood ducks are allowed to grow slowly, outdoors, with space to roam freely and access to open water, and we never uses cages or force-feeding methods.
Our animals eat a 100% natural and vegetable diet consisting of at least 70% cereals.
