This is the shop online service that Canard, S.A. puts at your disposal to buy our products comfortably and safely, which will be delivered anywhere in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands), Portugal (Peninsula) and Andorra, except in the autonomous regions of the Canary Islands and in the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla. Within the EU we ship at the moment to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Poland and Sweden.
This page tells you the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products listed on our website foiegood.com to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from our site. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

All prices are expressed in Euros.
The prices of the products that are for sale in our e-commerce store include the Value Added Tax (V.A.T.).
Purchases made by taxpayers of I.V.A. (companies, entities, organizations…) with residence in the European Union and with an intra-community NIF, will be exempt from paying VAT, being an essential condition the sending of said document to the email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
If we have made a pricing error by displaying a lower price than the correct price, we will either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. If the pricing error is unmistakeable, we are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price.
The purchase system is subject to the legislation in force in Spain, therefore the sales operations will be understood to be carried out at the domicile of Canard S.A.: Polígono La Solanilla, 42146, Abejar (Soria) España.

The checkout process is the series of steps you will follow to purchase the items in your shopping cart on our online store, and the process will be the following one:

For inferior purchases to 50€ it will be charged, regardless of the number of items, the amount of 7€.
The delivery period is 1 to 3 business days in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands), Portugal (Peninsula) and Andorra. It will depend on the delivery point, counting from the day the order is placed (if it is a business day in Spain); or counting from the first business day after the order date, if the order was placed on a holiday or Saturday.
Products whose deliveries require different terms will reflect this particularity in their description.
The product will only be shipped once payment has been received.
Orders must be placed before 1:00 p.m. so that they can be prepared and shipped on the same day. If the order is placed after that time, it will be sent the next day.
Orders will not be served in PO Boxes.
Within the EU we ship at the moment to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Poland and Sweden.

The delivery period to EU countries are the following ones:
France: 2-3 business days
Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg: 3 business days
Italy, Austria: 3 -4 business days
Denmark: 4 business days.
Ireland, Sweden, Finland, Poland: 4-5 business days
Norwey: 6-7 business days.

We promise that when the product leaves our warehouse, the remaining useful life of said product is, at a minimum, the indicated in the following table:

Right of withdrawal and Returns
Based on article 97.1.i)102, 104 LGDCU you have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification, not being applicable to goods that expire or deteriorate rapidly.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day of the conclusion of the contract, or, as appropriate, the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods, or the last of those goods acquired or of the last of the pieces of the same good acquired by the same order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Canard S.A at the address: Polígono la Solanilla s/n, CP 42146 Abejar (Soria) Spain or by email to email@example.com stating your unequivocal decision to withdraw from the contract (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).
You can use our withdrawal form, although its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal period, it is enough that the communication regarding the exercise of this right is sent by the consumer before the corresponding period expires.
If you choose to withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you including delivery costs to the initial delivery address where appropriate, without any undue delay, and in any case within a period of 14 days from the date you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out this refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods.
You must return the goods without any undue delay and, in any event, no later than within 14 calendar days of the date on which you have communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered complied with if the goods are returned before that deadline is reached.
Your right to withdraw from the contract will apply exclusively to products that are returned in the same condition as you received them. We will not make any refunds if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the packaging, for products that are not in the same condition as they were delivered, or that have suffered any damage, meaning that you must be careful with the products whilst it is in your possession. Please return the products using all original packaging, instructions and other documents that may have accompanied them.
The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to the supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly. Therefore, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns for any orders that contain any chilled, refrigerated, after it has been dispatched to you.
At FoieGood we will always ensure that your order arrives safely and in one piece. We also use a reputable courier services that ensures your order is transported safe and secure. Unfortunately, we cannot help that from time to time certain orders may be part of an accident or can´t withstand the rough treatment during transportation.
If there is any damage to your order, check it over and them inform us of any damages within 24 hours.
We will normally ask you for a quick photo of the damaged items along with your Order Number and an explanation of the problem. If the products are damaged or faulty through no fault of your own, we will happily replace or refund the affected item/s.
If FoieGood ask you to return any damaged or defective item/s, the cost of any delivery or handling charges will be borne by FoieGood.
The risk of loss or deterioration of the merchandise will be transferred to the consumer when he or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, has acquired his material possession.
It is important that you inspect the package at the time of delivery. If you detect that the package is in poor condition, complain to the transport agency and contact us by email, firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone, +34 972 37 33 29.
It is important to reflect the disagreement on the carrier’s delivery note in order to make the claim.
